He has spent nearly 20 years in the recycling machine industry, holding approximately 30 patents. Key roles include positions at Cincinnati Milacron, CEO at MAS (inventor of the conical co-rotating twin screw), and VP at Engel for plasticizing and sustainability. Currently, he serves as CTO at NGR, focusing on innovation and product management.
