James Coomes is a Senior Manager in the PepsiCo Foods Global Packaging R&D Science & Technology team. James has worked at Pepsico for 30 years with over half of that time spent leading Global programs to create new innovation through product and process development initiatives. James strives to create partnerships to identify solutions to complex problems. He has spent the last 3.5 years working to understand the challenges of the recycling industry value chain, influencing industry guidelines, and evaluating technologies to recycle PepsiCo’s flexible packaging.
