Joe is a Partner with Arsenal Capital and Co-Chief Investment Officer of its Industrial Growth team. Joe sits on the board of Revolution Sustainable Solutions, a leader in providing more circular solutions to plastic films. Additionally, he currently serves on the boards of Headwall Photonics, which has leading hyperspectral imaging offerings for plastics recycling, as well as Chroma Color Corp. Previously, he served on the board of Spartech and Airnov Healthcare Packaging, which experienced considerable growth and were successful investments for Arsenal.
