Nicole Collier is Director of Policy & Public Affairs for Nestlé based in Arlington, VA.  For more than 150 years, Nestlé has been making the very best food and beverage products for families around the world and is the world’s largest food and beverage company.

Nicole has 20 years of policy and public affairs experience in Washington.  Currently, Nicole directs Nestlé’s U.S. policy agenda, creating and maintaining stakeholder relationships in the critical areas of Nestlé’s business including managing the sustainable packaging policy portfolio.  Before coming to Nestlé, she represented Mayors and City Council Members while at the National League of Cities and soon after worked as a Senior Policy Advisor to Michigan Governor, Jennifer M. Granholm.   She also worked as a Principal at The Podesta Group for several years managing client teams and leading legislative strategies for Fortune 500 companies and large non-profit organizations. Nicole received her bachelor’s degree from Hampton University and her MPA from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.  She lives in Virginia with her husband and three children.
