Paul has extensive experience in R&D, process development, and executive management within the extrusion equipment industry. For over 20 years, he has worked with leading companies like KraussMaffei, Coperion, JSW, Berstorff, and LIST USA, gaining expertise in polymer processing. Paul is active in the plastics community, serving on the Society of Plastics Engineers Extrusion Division Board and previously on the SPE Executive Board.
