Roger is a leader in developing innovative solutions for complex global challenges. He has held senior positions in leading organizations such as Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Johnson Controls, ATI Technologies , Bell Canada, as well as several startups. Roger founded Diversys in 2019 with a vision to transform waste management by using data to create trust, confidence and accuracy throughout recycling, resulting in a more sustainable future. With a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto, an MBA from McGill University, and as a licensed Professional Engineer, Roger is dedicated to advancing the circular economy through technology.
